It’s 2021! JR Hotel Members Campaign returns (21 Jan–21 Mar)
If you’re a frequent traveller to Japan like me, you’re probably always on the lookout for affordable hotel accommodations with convenient access to train stations—the nearer it is to the station, the better! Fortunately, with their large network of hotels all across Japan and connectivity in mind, the JR Hotel Group has you covered.
What’s up with JR Hotel Group?
In late 2020, JR Hotel Group launched the JR Hotel Members (JRHM) Campaign where new members stood the chance to win up to 10,000 JRHM points in the exclusive Lucky Draw. Members can use these points across all hotels under the consortium, and 24 lucky winners were selected and rewarded with 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 JRHM points respectively.
The JRHM Campaign is back!
If you missed out on all the fun, fret not—this year, JRHM Campaign is back for another round of rewards! Up to 10,000 JRHM points are up for grabs again, exclusively for new members who sign up during the second campaign period between 21 January to 21 March 2021. The best part of it all is that the sign-up is completely FREE, and people from all nationalities are eligible!
What is JRHM?
JRHM is a membership programme under the JR Hotel Group, where members will get exclusive discounts, earn points for rebates, and enjoy perks like express check-ins and even late check-outs. Membership is free, valid for a lifetime, and there are currently 89 participating hotels spread across Japan.

Hmmm, what’s in it for me?
We’ve all been there before: dragging heavy luggages and getting lost trying to find which street our hotel is located at—and it’s particularly unbearable during winter. Well, one of the biggest selling points about JR Hotels is that their hotels are within very close proximity to a JR train station—some are even directly connected and sheltered—which means you can whiz in and out of your hotel without having to walk long distances regardless of season or weather! This connectivity also means that your shopping and dining needs are right around the corner should you wish to “stay in” after a long day’s worth of sightseeing.

Winners’ announcement date
31 March 2021
- Only completed registrations submitted by 21 March 2021, 23:59 (Singapore Time), with the required Code shall qualify for the Lucky Draw.
- Each person is entitled to a single membership registration only. Repeated or falsified entries will be disqualified.
- All awarded JRHM Points are valid for 2 years from the Date of Issue.
- In the event of a dispute, JR East Hotels reserves all rights to the final decision.
